Job summary

SingHealth Group, via Asian HEAL, seeks a senior programme leader to develop and implement curricula for Graduate Certificate and Executive Masters in Healthcare Leadership & Management. You will guide faculty, design courses, and oversee interdisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals across Asia.

You will also oversee programme evaluation, accreditation, and faculty development, with periodic regional travel to collaborate and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in training or programme management.
• Proven ability to engage with senior-level executives, faculty and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop the model, strategy, and curriculum map for the Graduate Certificate and Executive Masters programmes.
• Advise and collaborate with faculty to design courses or syllabi across Global Health and Healthcare Leadership & Management.
• Design interdisciplinary courses such as the Project Work or Thesis component for EMHLM.
• Conduct environmental scanning and needs analysis for new postgraduate programme development.
• Advise faculty on teaching strategies and instructional design and ensure constructive alignment.
• Manage online course development on Canvas, upload teaching materials, and create assessment modules.
