Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a senior leader to oversee the end-to-end management of Executive Master and customised Executive Programmes within its International Collaborations Division. You will coordinate programme planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery, while managing the full student lifecycle from admissions to alumni engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in training or programme management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing internal operations and people development.
• Strong networking and cross-cultural skills with regional collaboration ability.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Executive Master and customised Executive Programmes.
• Drive programme planning, scheduling, budgeting, pricing, and portfolio performance.
• Provide reporting frameworks across operational, financial, and programme outcomes.
• Develop and manage partner, client relationships and related agreements.
• Operationalise programme design with learning journeys and delivery formats.
• Guide team members and oversee marketing, outreach and alumni engagement strategies.
