Job summary

Nebius is seeking a senior L3 Support engineer to act as the datacenter center of expertise for servers, firmware (BIOS/BMC), and Linux diagnostics across APAC. You will turn complex incidents into scalable solutions and elevate L1/L2 capabilities through strong technical enablement.

The role requires hands-on hardware, firmware, and Linux debugging, incident response discipline, and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with datacenter servers and Linux troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose across hardware, BIOS/BMC firmware, and Linux components.
Structured incident response and clear communication under pressure.
Experience escalating with vendors/R&D and driving permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

Deep Technical Investigation: lead root cause analysis beyond L2 depth for GPU/firmware/Linux issues.
Vendor & R&D Collaboration: build evidence packs and escalate with ODM and R&D.
Firmware & Platform Readiness: validate and rollout firmware updates, assess risk and plan rollouts.
Knowledge & Enablement: create runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and playbooks for L1/L2 teams.
Hands-on Support: travel to datacenters for complex troubleshooting and platform readiness.
