ST ENGINEERING INFO-SECURITY PTE. LTD is seeking an L3 Senior Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure in a customer-focused SI environment.

The role emphasizes escalation management, hands-on troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and driving best practices across the team. You will design and deliver training, develop KBs and SOPs, mentor Tier 1/2 engineers, and contribute to knowledge transfer for robust service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise network support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for customers' enterprise network infrastructure.
• Act as final escalation point for complex incidents beyond Tier 1/2 support.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, patching and root cause analysis.
• Open, manage, and drive TAC cases with principal vendors until resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors during critical incidents and product defects.
• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training sessions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers.
