Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior HR professional to strengthen organisational capabilities through learning and career development initiatives, competency-driven growth frameworks, and employee engagement programmes.

You will lead competency framework development, drive leadership development programmes, and partner with HR stakeholders to embed these frameworks into core HR functions, delivering practical guides for managers and employees.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development (L&D) and/or HR Business Partnering roles.
• Experience in developing, implementing, or managing competency frameworks and learning initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and mapping of job profiles across divisions, conducting job analyses to identify role-specific competencies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate alignment of competencies.
• Integrate competency frameworks into talent acquisition, learning and career progression.
• Develop tools and resources to help managers apply competency frameworks in everyday discussions.
