Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Information and Communications Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate governance of the competency development framework and steering committees.
• Set up the Academy Faculty team and manage in-house trainers.
• Develop competency frameworks for healthcare, technical and product domains.
• Define competency requirements across seniority levels for recruitment and development.
• Design learning pathways with mandatory and recommended programmes.
