Job summary

National University of Singapore seeks a Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager for AI Singapore to support AI Talent Development. The role involves operations oversight, funding administration, compliance, and procurement coordination to enable program growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with data and ML tools, and experienced in Singapore public sector projects or CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of project operations experience.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using current data and/or machine learning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage funding paperwork and processes in accordance with AI Singapore’s hosting institution policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement and documentation.
• Support grant administration, including submission, processing, usage tracking and other metrics in compliance with funding terms and conditions.
• Prepare and consolidate programme and financial reports for funders, ensuring alignment with KPIs and reporting deadlines.
• Assist with general team operations such as internal coordination and scheduling, and documentation.
• Provide contracting support to the partnerships team, including preparation of NDAs, agreements, and coordination with legal review and clearance.
