Job summary

Confidential in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager/Manager, Learning & Development to plan and implement broad learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and align with the Group’s talent and business priorities.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design programs, and leverage AI-enabled platforms. Lead the Group Learning Centre (Virtual) through the LMS and assess funding opportunities from Singapore schemes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience with LMS/digital learning platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs/projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
• Develop and organize engaging learning programs, workshops, and journeys aligned with talent strategies.
• Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to deliver relevant content to different employee groups.
• Ensure high standards of learning content, delivery, and participant experience; analyze feedback for improvement.
• Lead the Group Learning Centre (Virtual) via the LMS as the central access point for resources and programs.
• Advise on Singapore workforce-development grants and funding opportunities for relevant sectors.
• Manage multiple learning programs and projects with cross-functional coordination.
