Job summary

NTU Singapore's InsPIRE Educational Services is seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI tools and educational technology solutions across the university.

You will collaborate with educators and technologists, build scalable cloud applications, integrate LMS with enterprise data, and guide AI tooling adoption while ensuring secure, reliable systems and clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years backend software development in enterprise environment.
• Experience building applications with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks.
• Experience deploying containerized apps on cloud with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy enterprise-grade software applications and AI-driven tools.
• Build secure integrations between learning management platforms and enterprise databases.
• Develop AI tools and manage AI frameworks for educational assistants.
• Partner with academic units to understand user needs and empower users.
• Maintain system architecture documentation and support onboarding.
• Research and prototype emerging AI, automation, analytics for educational services.
