Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes.
• Ability to plan and supervise kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize kitchen activities and supervise cooks and support staff.
• Check freshness and presentation of dishes before service.
• Develop recipes and plan menu items for promotion and variety.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper hygiene in all work areas.
• Polish and approve dishes before sending to customers.
• Plan equipment and ingredient orders based on shortages and demand.
