Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage production staff and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on product launches.
• Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations including HACCP.
• Identify production issues and areas for improvement.
• Monitor equipment and machinery in production facilities.
• Prepare production reports for upper management.
