Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across General Trade, E-commerce and Food Service from Pasir Panjang.

Develop and execute JBPs with major customers, manage wholesalers, online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure stock and timely promotions.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing and at least 5 years in FMCG sales; proficiency in Excel and data analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of KAM or Sales experience in FMCG/F&B.
• Experience in at least two channels: General Trade, E-commerce, Food Service.
• Strong negotiation, pricing and ROI skills.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with e-commerce tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales targets and growth plans for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute JBPs covering pricing, promotions, listings and distribution.
• General Trade: manage wholesalers and traditional trade, driving distribution.
• E-commerce: manage Shopee, Lazada, Amazon; lead content, promotions, ROI.
• Food Service: grow accounts across caterers, hotels and institutions.
• Plan trade spending, demand forecasts, ROI.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for availability and promotions.
• Analyse sales performance, market share and competitor activities.
• Negotiate annual contracts and terms to protect margins.
