Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites qualified candidates for the role of Key Account Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead account growth across General Trade, E-commerce and Food Service, balancing new customer acquisition with existing account development.

You will manage cross-channel strategies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure availability and pricing accuracy. Office-based role at Pasir Panjang with 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management or sales experience in FMCG/F&B.
• Experience managing at least two channels: General Trade, E-commerce or Food Service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating with key customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of pricing, promotions and ROI.
• Proficient in Excel and sales data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own sales targets and develop growth plans for assigned accounts across General Trade, E-commerce, and Food Service.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers: pricing, promotions, product listings, distribution.
• Manage wholesalers and traditional trade outlets to expand distribution and in-store execution.
• Oversee e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and D2C partners to boost visibility and promotions.
• Develop food service accounts (caterers, restaurants, hotels) to drive listings and sales.
• Plan and monitor trade spend, demand forecasts and promotional ROI.
• Analyze sales performance, market share and competitor activity for opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Head of Commercial for pricing accuracy and promotions.
• Negotiate annual contracts to protect margins and long-term relationships.
