Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design and implement scalable compliance-focused services. You will work on core products, applying Java and Spring to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering.
• Proficient in core Java and Spring framework.
• Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL DB.
• Experience in distributed systems and messaging middleware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core products for compliance-focused features.
• Communicate effectively with product managers to design and implement features.
• Performance tuning, troubleshooting incidents, and system refactoring.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
• Identify, log and resolve compliance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and special compliance initiatives.
