Job summary

Binance.US is a licensed and regulated U.S. cryptocurrency exchange. A Software Engineer will join the engineering team to build features across backend, frontend, or full-stack apps using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS.

You will develop production systems, improve performance and scalability, and collaborate with experienced engineers in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java with solid OOP skills and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot for large-scale microservices and integration with middleware.
• Fullstack capability with TypeScript/React is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend, frontend, or full-stack features using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
• Write clean, well-tested code following team standards.
• Participate in code reviews, planning, and daily standups in an agile environment.

About This Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will join our engineering team to build product features across backend, frontend, or full-stack applications. Depending on your project, you may work with Java, Spring Boot microservices, TypeScript, React, and AWS. You'll gain hands-on experience developing production systems, improving performance and scalability, and collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced fintech

Core Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of backend, frontend, or full-stack applications using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS,
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following team standards and guidance from mentors.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups to learn agile
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product, to ensure smooth deployment and operation of services.
• Research and propose ways to improve system reliability and developer productivity during the replatform effort.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot for developing large-scale microservices, including integration with middleware and infrastructure components such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, and job scheduler, etc.
• Fullstack experience with TypeScript, React, or other modern web development frameworks is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong interest in fintech, blockchain, or building highly scalable backend
