Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Analyst Developer in Singapore. The role focuses on participating in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.

You will contribute to applications systems analysis, programming activities and provide guidance to junior analysts, operating with a high degree of independence while ensuring compliance with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, IT planning and develop new or revised applications to meet business needs.
• Monitor and control all phases of development from analysis to implementation and provide user support.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of application development to analyze complex problems and evaluate processes.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis for system integrity.
