Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Strong understanding of FX with hands-on FX domain experience.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and identify system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns to architecture.
• Use system flow knowledge and set coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
• Develop understanding of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and craft innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts.
• Assess risk in decisions, uphold Citigroup compliance, and report control issues.
