Qualifications

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Experience in system analysis and Java/J2EE/Angular/Microservices programming
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• SME in Workflow/Case Management systems as well as Cards & Banking domain knowledge
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly; strong leadership and project management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Prototyping abilities and ability to showcase to business during requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology and business teams to ensure integration of functions and define necessary system enhancements
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards
• Provide expertise and ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint
• Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
• Develop knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet business goals
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, regulations and Citi policies
