Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners seeks an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to run large-scale technology transformation initiatives in Banking & Financial Services. You will govern programs end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams across APAC, and oversee delivery of BPM, ECM, and CCM platforms while managing workplace tech and cloud migrations.

The role requires 12+ years in IT program management, PMP/SAFe preferred, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of IT project or program management experience.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Public Sector projects preferred.
• PMP and SAFe Agilist (or equivalent) preferred; Six Sigma or domain-specific certs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs from initiation to deployment and transition.
• Oversee governance, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Manage cross-country stakeholders, vendor engagement, and financial delivery (SOWs and costing).
