Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks an experienced leader to drive multi-country digital transformation programs in the Corporate Banking space. You will oversee payments, web, mobile, and API initiatives, aligning technology with business strategy across the APAC region.

The role requires strong governance, enterprise program management, and exceptional stakeholder engagement to unify cross-functional teams toward strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in Corporate Banking across payments, web, mobile and API platforms.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise programs across APAC with multi-country scope.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and ability to unify cross-functional teams.

Job description

• Must have 10+ years of overall experience with hands on experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across payments, web, mobile, and API platforms in Corporate Banking space.
• Should have proven track record in strategic product development, enterprise program management, and delivering complex, multi-country transformation programs across the APAC region.
• Experienced in hybrid, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with a strong focus on aligning technology initiatives with business strategy and organizational objectives.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation skills, stakeholder engagement, and communication, with the ability to unify cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Organize global and regional project portfolio governance meetings/forums to share the project delivery progress, milestones achieved, monitoring and control cost, minimizing the project risk and adopting mitigation steps if required.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams from ideation through execution, driving collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.
