Job summary

uarrow pte. ltd. seeks an senior IT Project Manager with 10+ years of Banking/Financial Services technology project experience to lead large enterprise initiatives in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with budgets of USD 10 to 20M+ and multiple technology workstreams.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements, planning, budgeting, resourcing, development, SIT, UAT, deployment and production rollout.
• Oversee 50+ technical resources / multi-vendor teams with demand-supply planning and capacity forecasting.
• Maintain PMO governance including RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans and project controls.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, burn rate, cost optimisation, variance analysis, invoicing and reporting.
• Handle vendor and commercial management including SOW, SLA, contract management, negotiations and procurement.
• Ensure Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance and audits.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall, Jira/Kanban, sprint governance and delivery tracking.
• Present project status, financials, risks and delivery performance to Senior Management and CIO/CTO-level forums.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence and Clarity or equivalent.

Job description

10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with significant experience in Banking / Financial Services technology projects.

Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with budgets of USD 10 to 20M+ and multiple technology workstreams.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery covering requirements, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment and production rollout.

Experience managing 50+ technical resources / multi-vendor teams, including demand-supply planning, capacity management and resource forecasting.

Strong PMO governance experience covering RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, project controls, audit and compliance.

Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budget forecasting, burn rate, cost optimisation, variance analysis, invoicing and financial reporting.

Proven experience in vendor and commercial management, including SOW, SLA, contract management, vendor negotiations and procurement.

Strong understanding of Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance and internal/external technology audits.

Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery, including Jira/Kanban, sprint governance, project planning and delivery tracking.

Experience presenting project status, financials, risks and delivery performance to Senior Management, Steering Committees, CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and QBR forums.

Strong experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence and enterprise project/financial management tools such as Clarity or equivalent.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent and demonstrable experience managing complex technology projects.
