Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in banking/financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology implementation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory environments and banking operations.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project methods.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end banking technology implementation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT, business users, vendors and partners.
• Oversee core banking, payments, data, regulatory, and risk systems.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues with mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and internal governance frameworks.
• Communicate status, milestones, and risks to senior management.
• Drive change management activities including user readiness and training.
• Maintain high standards of project documentation and audit readiness.
