A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support and maintain IT equipment functionality. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Setup computers, provide end-user support for company & project offices (computers and applications)
- Maintain the functionality of IT equipment, including hardware, software, network, etc.
- Account creation for emails, users AD account, printers, applications, etc.
- Update inventory, documentation, follow up on licensing renewal.
- Coordination and liaise with regional office, provide guidance to users.
- Perform regular checks on file servers and data backup.
- Remoting or travel to site office to support users, or coordination with vendors/suppliers.
- System preventive maintenance.
- Ad hoc duty assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Computer IT related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience on troubleshooting and upgrading of computers.
- Knowledge of Windows client, server and networking, TCP/IP, etc.
- Able to work independently, including conducting investigations and research to resolve IT-related problems
- Willing to support after office hours if required, especially urgent matters.
