Job summary

Romulus Digital PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of a portfolio of technology and digital transformation initiatives, spanning enterprise systems, customer platforms, AI, and infrastructure upgrades. You will manage projects from requirements to handover, coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams, govern risks, budgets, and schedules, and ensure quality and business readiness across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT project management, digital transformation, or related delivery experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing IT projects, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from requirements to handover.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering with stakeholders to define project needs.
• Translate requirements into clear specs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate detailed specs to support vendor engagement and procurement.
• Coordinate vendor evaluation, proposals, and clarification sessions.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage internal teams, partners, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress to ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks/issues early and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate significant risks to senior management where needed.
• Coordinate governance activities: status reports, steering meetings, action tracking.
• Manage change requests with impact assessment and approvals.
• Coordinate UAT activities with users and delivery teams.
