Responsibilities

• Lead digital and application transformation projects from initiation to go-live and closure.
• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, security, and external partners.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation.
• Manage project changes and communicate impact on scope, timelines, and cost.
• Provide clear project updates and escalation support to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and systems integrators against deliverables and quality expectations.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and handover to support teams.
• Track budgets, resources, and delivery forecasts.
• Ensure projects deliver practical customer, operational, and business outcomes.

This role offers accountable ownership across the full project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder alignment through testing, implementation, stabilization, and operational handover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital and application transformation projects from initiation through go-live, stabilization, and closure.
• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, security, and external delivery partners.
• Identify delivery risks early and follow through on mitigation and recovery actions.
• Manage project changes and communicate their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and cost.
• Provide clear project updates, recommendations, and escalation support to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Manage vendors and systems integrators against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and handover to support teams.
• Track project budgets, resources, and delivery forecasts where required.
• Ensure projects deliver practical customer, operational, and business outcomes.

• Working knowledge of software development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Ability to communicate project risks, decisions, and delivery status clearly to different audiences.
