Job summary

KRISE SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Transformation Lead to drive complex business, digital, and technology transformation initiatives within an enterprise environment. Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in project management, programme delivery, transformation, or technology consulting
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation and project delivery from strategy and planning through implementation and business-as-usual transition to achieve targeted outcomes
• Develop detailed project roadmaps, plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and delivery governance frameworks
• Manage project scope, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, track dependencies, handle change requests, and prioritize delivery activities
• Collaborate with business, technology, product, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver transformation initiatives aligned with strategic goals
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and target-state solutions to guide development and implementation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across multiple business functions and geographical locations to align expectations and drive consensus
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, reporting mechanisms, and action tracking
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, release management, and implementation readiness to ensure quality delivery
• Drive technology-enabled process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Support AI-enabled transformation and workflow automation initiatives to leverage emerging technologies
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, status reports, and decision papers to communicate progress and inform leadership
• Manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components
• Support change management activities including communications, training, knowledge transfer, and adoption to embed new processes
• Ensure compliance with governance, controls, documentation, and regulatory traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Track benefits realization and embed transformation outcomes into the target operating model for sustained impact

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in project management, programme delivery, transformation, or technology consulting
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engaging senior management effectively
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies to project execution
• Proficient in project governance, risk, issue, dependency, and change management practices
• Skilled in requirements gathering, developing functional specifications, user stories, UAT coordination, and release management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments
• Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance sectors
• Knowledge of operational risk, enterprise risk, compliance, AML, regulatory change, or operational resilience frameworks
• Familiarity with risk data governance and BCBS 239 standards
• Experience with enterprise risk or compliance platforms such as MetricStream
• Exposure to AI, large language models (LLM), or agent-based workflow transformation initiatives
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar project/product delivery tools
• Experience in product ownership, backlog management, and roadmap development
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent
