• Track budgets, resources and delivery forecasts as needed.
• Ensure projects deliver practical customer, operational and business outcomes.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead digital and application transformation initiatives within a complex, business-critical technology environment.

This role offers accountable ownership across the full project lifecycle-from planning and stakeholder alignment through testing, implementation, stabilization, and operational handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and application transformation projects from initiation through go-live, stabilization, and closure.
• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, security, and external delivery partners.
• Identify delivery risks early and follow through on mitigation and recovery actions.
• Manage project changes and communicate their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and cost.
• Provide clear project updates, recommendations, and escalation support to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Manage vendors and systems integrators against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and handover to support teams.
• Track project budgets, resources, and delivery forecasts where required.
• Ensure projects deliver practical customer, operational, and business outcomes.
