Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise software development, systems implementation, or digital transformation.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary development teams and coordinating multiple streams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture, system integration, APIs, and data workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, consultants, engineers, architects, and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary development teams across multiple project waves.
- Own development-wave planning, resource coordination, and solution delivery readiness.
- Translate business requirements into coordinated functional and technical delivery plans.
- Guide teams in designing, configuring, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
- Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and delivery standards.
- Lead AI-enabled initiatives including customer engagement, analytics, and automation.
