Job summary

Romulus Digital in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of IT and digital transformation initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation and handover.

The role partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. It requires strong governance, risk management, UAT coordination, training, and change management to drive successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT project management or related delivery experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise applications and digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and user groups to define technology needs.
• Coordinate vendor evaluation, RFPs, and procurement activities for external partners.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
• Oversee UAT, training, change management, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations with documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Report status to senior management and maintain project governance artifacts.
