Job summary

EAGLE MANPOWER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Director to develop and implement the company's IT strategy, policies, and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, applications and cybersecurity, lead the IT team, manage vendors and contracts, and drive disaster recovery and budget governance to maintain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, policies, and technology roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, applications, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure the security, reliability, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
• Establish backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity procedures.
• Lead and supervise the IT team and oversee end-user technical support.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, software licences, and IT assets.
• Monitor IT budgets, costs, risks, compliance requirements, and system performance.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure IT operations effectively support the company's business and operational requirements.
