Job summary

Institute of Technical Education in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director for IT Systems & Operations to oversee the IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and business continuity. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Infrastructure/Operations.
• At least 5 years of experience at management level handling large cross-functional teams.
• Strong IT governance knowledge and ITIL fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and future needs; formulate strategic plans for scalable IT infrastructure.
• Oversee IT infrastructure services and operations to minimize outages and ensure rapid recovery.
• Develop KPIs and SLA metrics with users and colleges for portfolio management.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver high quality, cost-effective IT solutions.
• Monitor performance and plan technology refresh and expansion.
