Job summary

ECI, a global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation, seeks a Client Technology Manager in Singapore. This hands-on leader will oversee IT services for a portfolio of client accounts with a dedicated technical team, ensuring customer success and modernization of client infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and core server workloads.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Project management experience for data/infrastructure migrations, relocations, major system upgrades, and new site deployments.
• Administration of email platforms and security integrations (Exchange Online, Google Workspace).
• Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Deployment and management of routing, switching, wireless, and security appliances (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki).
• Incident response management during security events and disaster recovery activations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology services for a portfolio of ECI clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor with regular meetings.
• Develop knowledge of client goals, challenges, and infrastructure to mitigate risk.
• Provide feedback on new needs and improvements to the ECI Platform.
• Assist with client-facing budget forecasting and cost analyses.
• Collaborate on security recommendations covering business and regulatory needs.
• Drive technology innovations around IaaS/SaaS and cloud services.
• Lead project delivery for migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Hands-on support of client configurations and adherence to standards.
• Manage vendor due-diligence and security reviews.
• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.
