Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in IT operations with managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT/MIS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience guiding IT integration during mergers, acquisitions, or scaling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap.
• Manage annual IT budget, procurement, licensing, vendor negotiations.
• Formulate and enforce IT governance, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee core infrastructure including cloud networks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS portfolios.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead enterprise risk management and security initiatives.
• Recruit and mentor IT teams; bridge IT with business units.
• Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
