Job summary

Singapore Buddhist Lodge, The is seeking an IT Manager / Assistant Manager to lead governance, security, and stability across our technology ecosystem, spanning on‑premises and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) with a focus on infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• At least 5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, network, and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Azure/AWS, TCP/IP, cybersecurity, backup and DRP.
• Experience in enterprise applications, vendor relationships, and IT projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations, including networks, servers, AD, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), backup systems, and system management tools.
• Manage IT projects from planning to deployment, including requirements gathering, budgeting, UAT, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee deployment, integration, upgrade, and performance optimization of enterprise applications and business systems.
• Coordinate vendor management, SLAs, budgets, asset lifecycle, and reviews.
• Provide stakeholder support and align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
