Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the IT function. You will drive daily operations, major projects and IT strategy in a dynamic business environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT with at least 6 years of IT administration/management experience, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, and proven people management and analytical skills. Singapore-based, on-site role with opportunities to impact multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT administration/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT operations.
• Good analytical, communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT team and oversee daily IT operations and major projects.
• Design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure and environments.
• Coordinate IT matters with HQ and internal departments.
• Manage IT projects, risks and process improvements.
• Support Sales with network requirements, tender proposals and system design reviews.
• Work with Project and Service Engineers on network setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage office network, servers, storage, software and IT systems.
• Provide technical support and ensure cybersecurity awareness and practices.
