Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Senior IT Executive to oversee IT infrastructure and end-user support for logistics and warehouse operations.

You will maintain hardware/software, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to IT projects to enable efficient business processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/inventory IT support, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, operational warehousing environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
3+ years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or on-site IT support experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity.
Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
Infrastructure management: monitor and maintain IT systems; coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
Maintain IT documentation including inventory, procedures and manuals.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
