Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Senior IT Executive to oversee IT infrastructure and end-user support for logistics and warehouse operations.

You will maintain hardware/software, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to IT projects to enable efficient business processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/inventory IT support, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, operational warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or on-site IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Infrastructure management: monitor and maintain IT systems; coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.

• Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation including inventory, procedures and manuals.

Mush Have Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline > 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment Willingness to travel and provide on-call support Good-to-Have Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience Project coordination experience
