Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior IT Executive to oversee IT infrastructure and day-to-day operations within logistics/warehouse environments. You will support end-users, manage IT equipment, and work on projects to enable efficient warehousing and distribution processes.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, security, and collaboration with vendors, while ensuring systems run smoothly in a fast-paced, operational setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• > 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support
