Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking a Senior IT Executive - Logistics/Warehouse to oversee IT infrastructure and end-user support within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will install, configure, and maintain equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and contribute to IT projects to meet business goals.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across computers, printers, scanners, RF devices, and network connectivity, with knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• >3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities
