Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable IT Support professional to handle day-to-day technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems. You will troubleshoot Windows PCs, desktops, printers, and connectivity, while assisting with AD administration and basic firewall tasks.

The role requires hands-on, reliable individuals who can assist with onboarding and vendor coordination, maintain documentation, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Relevant IT support or desktop support experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, Active Directory, networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Sophos Firewall is an advantage.
• Familiar with LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
• Perform basic Active Directory administration, including user accounts, password resets and access permissions.
• Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Set up and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage basic IT inventory and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors on repairs, warranty, procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and system records.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Ensure IT systems and equipment remain operational and properly maintained.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
