Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Senior IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations in a Singapore office. You will provide technical support to users, maintain IT equipment, and assist with networking, AD tasks, and printer management.

The role involves coordinating with external vendors for IT purchases, onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective, and ensuring systems are kept operational.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk is beneficial.
• Basic experience with Active Directory, networking, firewalls, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and IT issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other office IT equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing, and switches.
• Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and IT security basics.
