Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) Graduate Medical Education Office seeks an Executive / Senior Executive to support IT and educational technologies. This 1-year contract role focuses on onboarding residents, IT access management, and IT-driven education workflows within the GME environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field; healthcare/education exposure is a plus.
• Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide IT access for residents during onboarding, changeovers and offboarding.
• Conduct bi-annual reviews of residents' user accesses and maintain IT databases.
• Plan and execute IT projects to upgrade the GME Office systems and workflows.
• Maximise use of education management systems (eg Medhub) to enhance GME operations.
• Establish communication between Residency Programmes and stakeholders to support IT operations.
