Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive, System to support NGEMR and related health IT tools. You will gather requirements, manage user access, and coordinate stakeholder activities to ensure smooth operations across the NGEMR ecosystem.

You will monitor system performance, provide first-line support, and assist with system rollouts and training. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized university with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare systems management preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic medical record systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and document them for system enhancements.
• Perform user access provisioning and deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365 with security compliance.
• Monitor system performance and provide first-line technical support to healthcare clusters.
• Generate reports using Epic tools and assist in data validation for disease registries and population health metrics.
• Support system rollout projects and coordinate user training for new features.
• Coordinate system maintenance and communicate updates; support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain logs, follow up on requests, and provide analytics support for population health projects.
