Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in investor onboarding and KYC/AML controls.
• Knowledge of Singapore AML/CFT rules and fund subscriptions.
• Experience with investor servicing and lifecycle events (subscriptions, transfers, distributions).
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across teams and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding from documentation to completion, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Review onboarding docs for individual and institutional investors.
• Perform due diligence, enhanced due diligence, beneficial ownership checks, sanctions screening.
• Coordinate with compliance on risk, exceptions, and regulatory queries.
• Liaise with fund managers, administrators, custodians and banks on onboarding needs.
• Maintain investor records and support periodic KYC reviews and ongoing monitoring.
• Support fund subscription processes and related operational requirements.
• Assist with investor communications and transaction confirmations.
• Support lifecycle events: subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and audit-ready records.
