Job summary
TD Securities is seeking a proactive onboarding professional in Singapore to manage institutional-client onboarding mandates from initiation to trading readiness. You will coordinate across KYC/AML, legal, tax, and regulatory onboarding, partnering with Sales and Trading to deepen relationships and ensure smooth client experiences.
The role requires strong capital-markets knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to drive across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and strong academic background.
- Minimum 7 years in investment banking, buy-side, broker-dealer, or capital-markets environment.
- Experience with regulatory onboarding processes and market documentation (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, CSA).
- Experience with onboarding for Equities and related products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of institutional-client onboarding mandates and provide proactive updates.
- Drive onboarding from initiation to trading readiness across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate requirements across KYC/AML, Tax, Legal Documentation and Regulatory Onboarding.
- Engage clients to understand priorities and provide status updates.
- Resolve blockers and escalate issues when decisions are required.
- Collaborate with Sales and Trading to support onboarding priorities.
