Job summary
Morgan McKinley Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced investment operations professional to lead onboarding and ongoing servicing of institutional accounts and separate-account mandates.
You will coordinate with internal teams, institutional clients, custodians and external stakeholders to ensure account openings, setup, funding and ongoing servicing while driving operational excellence and technology initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in investment operations or related financial services
- Hands-on experience with institutional onboarding and account implementation
- Experience coordinating across global teams and custodians
- Familiarity with settlement, cash movements and investment accounting systems
- Ability to identify control gaps and implement solutions
- Experience with process improvement or automation is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of institutional investment accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, custodians and external stakeholders
- Oversee account setup, settlement instructions and investment accounting configuration
- Serve as primary operational contact for clients and custodians, resolving issues
- Assess operational risks and implement controls to ensure smooth launches
- Collaborate with regional/global teams on onboarding and product initiatives
- Drive automation and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement
