Job summary

STRIVEX partnered role in Singapore seeks a Senior Client Solutions Associate to drive onboarding for private equity fund clients, coordinate implementations and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will work with CFOs and fund managers, translating requirements into practical onboarding steps and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• At least four years of relevant experience in fund administration, with a focus on private equity funds.
• Solid understanding of private equity fund accounting, fund structures and reporting.
• Experience interpreting fund documentation such as LIMs and PPMs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills with multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new private equity fund administration clients, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients (CFOs, fund managers) to gather historical accounting and fund data.
• Review and organize client information to support accurate fund accounting and reporting.
• Provide guidance on fund accounting practices and structures.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and support onboarding to the new operating environment.
• Coordinate implementation projects from handover to completion, managing milestones and stakeholders.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve challenges to ensure financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with product, technology and operations teams to relay client feedback.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and enhance client experience.
• Explore emerging technologies to improve accuracy, scalability and efficiency.
