Career Zoom is partnering with an international asset servicing organisation to recruit a Senior Analyst – Investor Onboarding for its Singapore team. The role will manage onboarding of individual and institutional investors, including offshore and foreign investors, and support ongoing investor servicing across investment fund structures.

The successful candidate will work closely with investment managers, compliance, fund administrators, custodians and banking partners, bringing hands-on KYC

Qualifikationen

• Experience in investor onboarding within investment funds or financial services.
• Hands-on due diligence and risk-based onboarding.
• Exposure to fund subscriptions or investor servicing.
• Knowledge of Singapore AML/CFT requirements.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Effective cross-team communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Manage investor onboarding from initial docs to completion.
• Review onboarding docs for individuals and institutions.
• Perform due diligence, beneficial ownership checks, sanctions screening.
• Coordinate with compliance on risk assessments and escalations.
• Liaise with fund managers, administrators, custodians, banks.
• Maintain investor records and support periodic KYC reviews.
• Support fund subscriptions and related operational requirements.
• Assist with investor communications and transaction confirmations.
• Support lifecycle events: subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions.
• Maintain onboarding checklists and audit-ready records.
