Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd seeks an experienced institutional sales professional to grow the client franchise across the region. You will onboard new institutional, corporate, and HNW clients, and tailor solutions across digital assets including spot trading, options, and structured products.

You will lead client meetings, articulate complex products, gather market feedback, and drive growth initiatives with internal teams to expand the client footprint and ensure exceptional client

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years of experience in institutional sales, trading, or wealth management within traditional finance or fintech.
• Existing, trusted relationships with institutions, family offices, and HNW clients.
• A hunter mentality with a proven history of closing deals and growing a business line.
• A keen interest in digital assets; direct experience is a major plus.
• The ability to articulate complex products and become a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional, corporate, and HNW clients.
• Build and deepen client relationships by understanding trading needs and tailored digital-asset solutions.
• Lead meetings and deliver presentations communicating the firm's value proposition.
• Gather market and client feedback to inform new product offerings.
• Drive expansion of client footprint through user-mapping and business development.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design growth initiatives for acquisition and retention.
• Provide insights into target client needs while monitoring competitor offerings.
• Ensure clients receive an exceptional sales and after-sales experience.
