Job summary

Gate is building a dedicated relationship management function for its institutional clients. You will manage a portfolio of trading firms, funds, market makers, and family offices as the primary contact, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities across the product suite to activate, retain, and grow share of wallet.

You will coordinate with product, operations and support to resolve client needs quickly and deliver a seamless institutional experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of end-to-end institutional client management.
• Background in crypto exchanges, crypto buy-side, or TradFi with prime brokerage.
• Experience in crypto space with an existing institutional network is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen to grow accounts.
• Comfort with fast-moving, unstructured environments.
• English mandatory; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of institutional clients as the primary contact at Gate.
• Deepen and grow relationships: identify needs, drive activation, retention and share of wallet.
• Coordinate internal resources across product, operations and support to resolve client needs quickly.
• Gather structured client feedback and channel it into product/process improvements.
• Help shape the account management function: coverage models, engagement cadences, best practices for a growing team.
